Moab

Ok so I know this was like forever ago, but I want to share the pictures! Treesa and Riley, Steven and Laura, and Nate and I went to moab over Memorial weekend!! I have never been to moab (at least from what I can remember) and it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Our family used to be so into camping and hiking, but as we all got older, we stopped going! I was just blown away by how beautiful it was! The hike to delicate arch was by far the most amazing hike I have ever done! The entire way I kept blabbering on about how pretty everything was! I'm sure I got annoying.. :) Even through the massive wind storms that broke our tent causing us to leave early, it was still a blast to be with friends and family!

We also witnessed a VERY scary motorcycle accident! The guy came around the turn right before the bridge going into the main street of Moab way too fast and skidded on some gravel and flipped over his bike. And NO, he wasn't wearing a helmet! Nate was the first too him made sure he was breathing! My phone for some reason didn't have service so luckily there was another couple that stopped and called 911. When the paramedics finally came, they made Nate hold the guys jaw in a certain position while they worked on him. Nate got blood all over his hands and shorts! Gross! The police made us fill out witness forms and everything! It was the most intense/scary/shocking experience ever! People seriously wear a helmet and clothing when you are on a motorcycle or scooter! The police said it was the 2nd motorcycle accident that day but the girl was wearing a helmet and was able to walk away from it. This guy was still unconscious when they took him away!

Anyway, here are a few fun pictures from our trip!

Delicate Arch
I seriously thought I was going to be blown away standing there!

Really windy!!

Our husbands were so adventurous!

And I am so proud of Nater, holding that guys jaw, ewww and sad all at the same time. I guess adrenaline kicks in and you don't care so much! Love ya and can't wait for this week! Woohoo!
